We intend to have an American breakfast sometime over the holiday,so any special pancake recipes or hints and tips on your cuisine will be very welcome...And I promise to post a shot of the breakfast so you can all have a laugh at my efforts.

@Fliss: Too True Blue !! The NZ All Blacks and Wales..The last time we beat them I was 15 yrs old that was in 1953,if we beat them (And thats a BIG IF ) I am going to get steaming, falling down,throwing up drunk..."If the wife will let me" ;>))
