We intend to have an American breakfast sometime over the holiday,so any special pancake recipes or hints and tips on your cuisine will be very welcome...And I promise to post a shot of the breakfast so you can all have a laugh at my efforts.

I, too, posted a sunset shot today. Trying to find some way to feel the warmth of the sun, if only through my archives. It's downright blustery here (15F) with freezing rain and snow. Bah!! Enough already!

@Lesley: We had a poor Summer last year so it feels like Winter has gone on for ever "BUT" all the Spring flowers are coming into bloom and the temperatures are rising between 9-11C though it is raining at the moment..have a good weekend and stay warm. :>)
