We intend to have an American breakfast sometime over the holiday,so any special pancake recipes or hints and tips on your cuisine will be very welcome...And I promise to post a shot of the breakfast so you can all have a laugh at my efforts.

I'm looking forward to Saturday's shot, Jeff.

11 Dec 2008 3:54pm

@Judy: Not so old, they were built about 50yrs ago...Saturday is case packing day, trying to get clothes and presents into two suitcases...Wish me luck. ;>)

Marion from Nanaimo, BC, Canada

See 50 years ago on our continent seems like they are old, well sort of. Where you are 50 years is relatively young. Love the sky and the lights in each window. Beautiful capture. Excellent idea to get a head start 'cause how can you possible show where you live in one shot??

11 Dec 2008 8:06pm

@Marion: A little bit of history...Pembroke Dock came into existence in 1814,after the Royal Navy decided the area was the ideal place for a dockyard,so Pembroke Dock became the town, that was built to build ships...Hence 50 yrs isn't a lot in the Dock either...Hope I haven't bored you too much. :>)

Judy from Brooksville-Florida,, United States

Gee, I had you already in Germany ... I guess I was rushing you a bit. Happy "case packing" today and I do wish you luck getting everything into two cases. I guess you can only take two 'wash 'n wear' shirts'!

12 Dec 2008 7:55am

@Judy: You trying to get rid of us ?...20 Kilo's a case,if we leave Anthony's pressies home we should just about do it. ;>))
