We intend to have an American breakfast sometime over the holiday,so any special pancake recipes or hints and tips on your cuisine will be very welcome...And I promise to post a shot of the breakfast so you can all have a laugh at my efforts.

I grew up in Victoria, not far from Ballarat and I have a 28 yr old son who has lived there for a number of years now.
