We intend to have an American breakfast sometime over the holiday,so any special pancake recipes or hints and tips on your cuisine will be very welcome...And I promise to post a shot of the breakfast so you can all have a laugh at my efforts.

I like the foreground all these rocks covered with moss look really good. And we actually had a nice coat of snow overnight here in Toronto. I took some shots and I'll upload them tomorrow.
